Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Burlington, NC
Position Type: Full-Time, Virtual
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week
Assignment Dates: August 18, 2026 – June 10, 2027

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students across multiple grade levels. This full-time teletherapy position supports a diverse K-12 caseload and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through remote service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation and service records in compliance with state and organizational requirements.
Participate in virtual meetings and consultations as needed.
Manage services across multiple age groups and locations.
Qualifications

Required
Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or as required by state regulations.
Experience providing services to K-12 students.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to effectively deliver therapy through virtual platforms.

Preferred
Previous teletherapy experience.
Experience working with diverse student populations and a variety of communication disorders.
Familiarity with virtual assessment and intervention tools.
