Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Burlington, WI

Step into a fulfilling contract position supporting students’ growth in a dynamic school environment, offering speech-language services for a diverse group of learners. Work with a caseload of approximately 30 students, ranging from 4K through 8th grade, addressing articulation, phonology, and language needs. This role covers the period from approximately February 12th to April 5th, with about 32 hours of work per week.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably working with 4K-8th grade populations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Expertise in treating articulation/phonological disorders and language delays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on your caseload, using evidence-based interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and required reports
• Supervise students during morning arrival, supporting a safe and welcoming environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support sessions as needed
