Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Burney, CA

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year as a dedicated Speech Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. You’ll work on a manageable caseload of approximately 15-20 students, serving a diverse range of ages from Pre-K through 12th grade. If flexibility is important to you, enjoy adaptable hours within typical school day schedules—school is in session from 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with elementary students dismissed a bit earlier.

Ideal candidates possess strong skills in school-based speech-language services, including assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families. Current SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligible SLPA professionals seeking hands-on experience in a supportive community are welcomed. SLPA applicants will primarily work with elementary students under the supervision of an experienced SLP, ensuring plenty of mentorship and teamwork.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA (current in-person)
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
