School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Flexible Schedule Caseload Specialist (2026/2027 School Year)

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students

• Provide direct therapy services for a caseload of approximately 15–20 students (Pre-K through 12th grade)

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support student goals

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning

Experience:

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Experience working with mixed K–12 caseloads is a plus

• CFY candidates encouraged to apply

Education:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist License required

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (2026/2027 School Year)

Work Hours: School hours are 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM (elementary dismissal earlier); hours may be flexible within the school schedule
