Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible SLP license for the state of Wyoming
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY applicants will be considered
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports and participate in IEP meetings
  • Design and provide evidence-based therapy for a caseload of school-aged children
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
