Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in school settings is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy individually or in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with educators and families
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate on student-centered solutions
