Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or eligible state license (SLP) and ASHA CCCs preferred; CFYs welcome to apply
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly desired
• Proficiency with assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify areas of need
• Develop individualized therapy plans and measurable student goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development and review of student plans
• Educate and coach teachers and families on strategies for supporting student communication development
