Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
  • Previous experience in school settings is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy individually or in groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with educators and families
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
  • Provide consultation to teachers and staff
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate on student-centered solutions
