As a valued member of the virtual staff, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ specific needs.
- Deliver direct therapy and monitor progress toward therapy goals.
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as required.
Ideal Qualifications:
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP License.
- At least two years of previous experience in a school setting.
- Experience serving pediatric and adolescent populations, including school-based and teletherapy practice.
- Solid understanding of technology, including computer and webcam usage.
- Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test.
- Proof of liability insurance with a $500K/$500K annual policy.
