Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, providing tailored interventions to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate regularly with educators and other school professionals to design and implement effective support strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date session notes to track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Communicate progress and recommendations with families and school staff to foster student success

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid Florida State License
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, particularly at the elementary school level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit
  • Passion for providing 1:1 support and making a positive impact in students’ lives
