Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Assess students’ communication abilities and create tailored interventions
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other related service professionals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal standards
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based activities as needed
