Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Assess students’ communication abilities and create tailored interventions
  • Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other related service professionals
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal standards
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based activities as needed
