Key qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current or eligibility for Minnesota SLP licensure
  • Experience working in a school-based setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for fostering student success and inclusive learning environments

Core responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and impactful educational experience for every student
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines for speech-language pathology services
