Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP or SLPA license required
- Valid Minnesota teaching certification
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Background working with children, including those with diverse needs
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPAs with previous school or healthcare experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide therapy sessions for students
- Document progress and collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain compliance with state and local regulations as well as school standards
- Offer support and consultation to classroom teachers on communication strategies
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging environment for students of all backgrounds
