As a travel SLP, you'll play a critical role across two middle schools while supervising and collaborating with an experienced SLPA. This position is strictly onsite, ensuring you’re fully immersed with staff and students, making each day meaningful.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCCs from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Current MN state license (or eligibility)
- Experience in K-12 school-based SLP settings preferred
- Comfortable providing supervision to SLPAs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Oversee and support an SLPA in delivering therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in school meetings and contribute professional expertise
