Provide speech-language services to learners in 3rd through 12th grade as part of a collaborative school-based team. The assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 9, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours near Burton, MI.

Desired Background & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or eligible license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the appropriate state
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or status as Clinical Fellow (CFY) considered
  • School-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Comfort supporting a caseload of students in grades 3–12, tailoring services to a range of needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, identify therapy needs, and monitor student progress
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with educators, other specialists, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy sessions within the school schedule
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates
