Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Confidence conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with the multidisciplinary team
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Keep accurate records of assessments, interventions, progress, and reporting for compliance
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ academic and social success
- Support students in meeting their communication and educational goals throughout the school year
