Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Confidence conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with the multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Keep accurate records of assessments, interventions, progress, and reporting for compliance
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ academic and social success
  • Support students in meeting their communication and educational goals throughout the school year
