What we’re looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working with early childhood or school-aged populations preferred
- Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Dedication to fostering the social, communication, and academic success of every student
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged students (ages 3-5)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a nurturing, positive learning environment
