Work part-time (28 hours weekly) during the 2026/2027 school year and enjoy the flexibility that helps maintain work/life balance. You’ll engage with a manageable caseload of 40-50 children, ensuring you have ample time for individualized attention and meaningful interventions—all while being part of a team that values your expertise and collaboration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience working with early childhood or school-aged populations preferred
  • Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based therapeutic practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Dedication to fostering the social, communication, and academic success of every student

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged students (ages 3-5)
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a nurturing, positive learning environment
