Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility in Florida
- CCC-SLP or CFY in good standing
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress
- Effective communicator with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain organized, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning in the classroom
- Engage with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for success at home
