Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY applicants welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working independently in an elementary environment
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain documentation and progress reports per school and federal guidelines
• Utilize a dedicated therapy space for individual and group sessions
• Participate in school meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt to a hybrid work schedule if needed
