Key Qualifications:
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience delivering speech therapy services within a school environment
• Knowledge working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and General Education students
• Capacity to supervise SLPA, including providing feedback and mentorship
• Ability to develop, implement, and update effective treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide direct assessment and therapy services to a diverse student caseload (15-20)
• Create and revise speech-language treatment plans that address individual goals
• Supervise and support the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring program fidelity and growth
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster a supportive learning atmosphere
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress discussions as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development to support best practices
