Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP/CFY)
- Bachelor’s degree and current state licensure/certification (for SLPAs)
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred
- Teletherapy experience is welcomed but not required
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students under IEPs
- Complete assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports using evidence-based practices
- Consult with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning for students
- Adapt therapy techniques for both traditional and teletherapy formats
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
