Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP/CFY)
  • Bachelor’s degree and current state licensure/certification (for SLPAs)
  • Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Teletherapy experience is welcomed but not required
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students under IEPs
  • Complete assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports using evidence-based practices
  • Consult with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning for students
  • Adapt therapy techniques for both traditional and teletherapy formats
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
