Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials.
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology integration.
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized therapy plans.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior school or healthcare-based SLP/SLPA experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy interventions, both in-person and via teletherapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create comprehensive support plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in line with district and professional standards.
• Supervise or consult with SLPA team members as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions.
• Stay current with best practices and new developments in pediatric speech-language pathology.
