Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
  • Experience in an educational setting preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students K-12
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case management as needed
  • Utilize onsite supports and collaborate regularly with the clinical team for guidance and best practices
