Ideal Background and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license and eligibility for CCC or current Clinical Fellowship
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with organization and empathy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services—including assessment, therapy, and evaluation—to students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and onsite school staff to support holistic student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continue honing your skills with access to a dedicated clinical support network
