Step into a rewarding role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting student growth and communication skills through the entire upcoming school year. This full-time contract position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic educational environments and are passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives.

In this in-person opportunity, you’ll serve students across four schools, working collaboratively with educational teams to enhance learning outcomes. There may be consideration for a virtual arrangement if an SLPA is available onsite to assist with facilitation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP with current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload averaging 40 students (with a likely caseload of around 34)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work full-time on a school-year contract basis
  • Adaptable to working in multiple school settings (2 areas, 4 schools)
  • Open to creative service delivery models, including potential virtual support if facilitated by an SLPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans for a diverse student population
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate progress documentation and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for student growth
  • Travel between assigned schools as needed
