Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Georgia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome
• Knowledge of current best practices for speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Strong skills in teletherapy technology and remote instruction platforms
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
• Deliver therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
