Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome
- Knowledge of current best practices for speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Strong skills in teletherapy technology and remote instruction platforms
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
- Deliver therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
