Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology-supported services
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with guidelines and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency
  • Develop, implement, and monitor therapy interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress and compliance records
  • Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning and progress evaluation
  • Offer services in both in-person and virtual settings as needed
