Desired Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or clinical fellows welcome
- Proven experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language services
- Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and school-based therapy practices
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, technology, and virtual service delivery
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism in diverse school communities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans, track progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Offer support in-person and/or through teletherapy based on district needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in school-based practices
