School Speech Language Pathologist - Cabot, AR

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners with speech and language services in a dynamic daycare environment. This role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21st, 2027, providing a stable, impactful assignment. As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll serve a caseload of approximately 36-40 students, contributing your expertise to foster communication growth in a supportive onsite setting. While the current position is fully onsite, there may be potential for one work-from-home day depending on approval—express your interest if this flexibility appeals to you.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP license (willing to consider candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong background working in school or daycare settings
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of young children
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student performance
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to best practices in the center
