Make a positive impact supporting students’ communication skills in a dynamic school environment! This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through May 28th, providing the chance to serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a caseload of around 30 students near Caldwell, OH. Serving primarily preschoolers with a few school-age learners, you’ll work full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Ohio.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLP-CCC considered.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with preschool and early childhood populations.
  • Familiarity with speech, language, social communication, and assistive technology for young learners.
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to a diverse student caseload, focusing on early childhood development.
  • Provide individual and small group sessions tailored to IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and participation in IEP meetings as required.
  • Contribute expertise to an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
