Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Caldwell, Ohio

What we’re seeking:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Licensure (or the ability to obtain licensure) as required for school-based SLPs
• Background in pediatrics, especially school-aged children, is highly desirable
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and a passion for fostering growth

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective speech and language services
• Manage and document IEP goals while tracking student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to support individualized learning
