Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Hold or be eligible for state licensure and/or appropriate certification for schools
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY designation
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student academic planning
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with regulations
