School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Calhan, Colorado

What we’re looking for:

• ASHA Certification is required
• Valid Colorado SLP License
• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
• Previous experience in elementary school settings or with school-aged children is preferred
• Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop creative, individualized approaches for diverse learners

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver engaging direct and consultative services
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff
• Track and document student progress, maintaining detailed records
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing SLP services
