Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience working in school-based environments preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based direct and indirect SLP services
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
  • Educate staff and families regarding communication strategies to support students’ success in academic and social settings
