Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP

- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work with staff, students, and families
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support academic success
- Provide direct therapy sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
- Offer guidance and resources to classroom staff to promote positive communication outcomes
- Ensure compliance with school, district, and ethical standards
