A contract opportunity is open for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide full-time therapy services to a school-age caseload for the academic year. What We’re Looking For:
- Active Maryland SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and tailor interventions to student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
What You'll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for school-aged students
- Evaluate, screen, and assess speech, voice, and language abilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school/district policies
- Engage in family communication to educate and empower caregivers
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
