School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - California, Maryland

A contract opportunity is open for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide full-time therapy services to a school-age caseload for the academic year. What We’re Looking For:

• Active Maryland SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and tailor interventions to student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere

What You'll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy for school-aged students
• Evaluate, screen, and assess speech, voice, and language abilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school/district policies
• Engage in family communication to educate and empower caregivers
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
