School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Callao, Virginia

A rewarding opportunity awaits a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person contract role serving elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. Situated near Callao, VA, this position focuses on evaluating and supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs in an engaging school environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educators, families, and allied professionals
• Deliver tailored therapy sessions and provide classroom-based interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with all regulatory requirements
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each student's growth and success

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working with elementary-age students is highly valued
