We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting in Calumet City, IL for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time or part time opportunity working with a diverse K–8 caseload in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Calumet City, IL
- Caseload: Approximately 45 students (K–8)
- Full-time school-based schedule (Monday–Friday; hours aligned with school day)
- W2 contract position through a staffing agency
- Competitive, negotiable pay based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K–8 students per IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and updates
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (and/or PEL as required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
