A full-time contract role is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support a school program providing compensatory speech services. This need runs through the end of the school year, with potential for an extension. You'll join a supportive team addressing a significant backlog in student services—your expertise will truly make a difference.

Candidates with ASHA CCC, those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and experienced SLPAs are all encouraged to apply. Teletherapy experience is valuable, as adaptability is key in this environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
  • ASHA CCC, CFY, or relevant SLPA credentials
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Familiarity with compensatory or make-up speech services
  • Teletherapy proficiency a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseloads efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students according to IEPs and compensatory mandates
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain documentation for progress monitoring
  • Communicate collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families to best support student outcomes
  • Provide flexible support, including both onsite and virtual services as needed
  • Help problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced school environment
