Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Camarillo, CA

Exciting opportunity for speech-language professionals to support students near Camarillo, CA! We are seeking passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Clinical Fellows (CFY), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide therapeutic services in a school-based contract role. This full-time opening runs through the end of the school year, with the possibility of extension as student needs continue to grow.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC, or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
• Experience in educational settings supporting pediatric populations
• Strong background in providing compensatory speech services and managing therapy caseloads
• Ability to deliver speech therapy via teletherapy platforms is highly desirable
• Professional communication and collaborative skills to interface with educators, families, and other clinicians
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in busy, high-need service environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language interventions for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Complete required documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support students’ academic and social success
• Adapt services to both in-person and virtual/teletherapy settings as needed
• Provide compensatory services to ensure compliance and quality care for students who have experienced service interruptions
