Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending state license in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY and CCC considered)
- Experience in school settings, healthcare, or teletherapy is valued
- Familiarity with IEPs and school documentation preferred but not mandatory
- SLPA and pediatric therapy experience a bonus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to middle and high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with education teams
- Document progress, provide both direct and consultative services
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators
- Utilize technology for teletherapy when applicable
