Qualifications:

• Active or pending state SLP license required
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Certificate of Competence preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience beneficial, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with IEP processes is a plus
• Teletherapy and SLPA supervision experience valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality speech, language, and communication therapy to a diverse adolescent caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation
• Offer guidance and clinical support to SLPA staff if needed
• Engage with families and educators to ensure student progress
