School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Camarillo, California

Step into an impactful role supporting student communication and language development for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assignment is available on a contract basis, with an immediate start date. You’ll work Monday through Friday, serving high school students in a dynamic educational environment with a steady 35-hour workweek.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure for SLP; CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with high school-aged students, is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing both direct interventions and consultative support to students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to a high school caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success and integrate speech strategies into classroom settings
• Maintain accurate documentation, write progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt to a diverse learning community and contribute positively to the overall school culture
