This full-time, in-person contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled SLP with CCC who thrives working collaboratively with education professionals and enjoys helping young learners achieve their communication goals throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience working in school environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for supporting student success

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs), setting achievable goals and tracking progress
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to integrate speech services within the classroom environment
  • Provide direct therapy, conduct group sessions, and offer strategies for generalization across settings
  • Foster positive relationships with students and their families to encourage participation and growth
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
