Speech Language Pathologist in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, CFY, or Pediatric settings)
• Experience with school-aged children, especially in elementary grades
• Skilled in AAC device utilization and programming
• SLP licensure or eligibility required; CFYs and SLPAs with relevant healthcare experience also considered
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary-aged students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, including integrating AAC technology
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress, interventions, and communications
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to IEP development when appropriate
