Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required
- Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Willingness to support either elementary or preschool student populations
- Comfort with teletherapy and in-person models
- Familiarity with pediatric speech/language challenges and therapy methods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Candidates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or those with CCC are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions (on-site and/or virtual)
- Maintain thorough and timely records of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student care plans
- Engage in ongoing professional development
