Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children achieve their communication potential and can deliver evidence-based services in individual and group settings. All applicants must possess a current Massachusetts SLP license and prior experience as a speech-language pathologist in school or pediatric healthcare settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active MA SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Background in pediatrics, schools, and/or teletherapy strongly valued
  • Proven ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Excellent communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptability for both onsite and virtual service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve assigned caseload at the elementary or preschool level
  • Conduct assessments, create and monitor IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation per state and district guidelines
