Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children achieve their communication potential and can deliver evidence-based services in individual and group settings. All applicants must possess a current Massachusetts SLP license and prior experience as a speech-language pathologist in school or pediatric healthcare settings.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active MA SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Background in pediatrics, schools, and/or teletherapy strongly valued
- Proven ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability for both onsite and virtual service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve assigned caseload at the elementary or preschool level
- Conduct assessments, create and monitor IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation per state and district guidelines
