Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience with school-based or adolescent populations preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and relevant documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to high school learners
- Provide both direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
