Step into a rewarding opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to students in a supportive school environment near Cambridge, MA. This contract position offers a manageable caseload and welcomes both experienced clinicians and clinical fellows (CFs) seeking to grow their skills.

You will work with a small group of 10-14 students, delivering 10-14 hours of direct therapy and 2-4 hours of indirect services each week. This allows for focused, individualized attention, supporting students’ communication goals and overall academic success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive student experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional guidelines
  • Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
