This leave coverage position spans from mid-October through early January and is focused primarily within a language-based program, providing essential support to students with language and communication needs.

What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior school-based experience, ideally with high school students
- Passion for supporting students in language-based programs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy, with a focus on students in the language-based program
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support teams
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop effective communication and language strategies for students
