This contract opportunity seeks highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to join a dedicated team for the 26/27 school year. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are especially encouraged to apply, though those with additional language proficiency in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese will be valued as well.
This full-time role (32.5 hours per week) serves students at the K-12 level. Bilingual and monolingual SLPs are welcome; monolingual applicants will be given specific caseload and placement information following hire and completion of credentialing steps.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a top priority; proficiency in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese is a plus
- Active Massachusetts SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) status or eligibility
- Experience working in school settings, supporting K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to students across varied grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
- Support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations
