School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) is sought for a full-time contract opportunity, working with a high school caseload from September 21st through February 5th. Located near Cambridge, MA, this position lets you make a meaningful difference throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for high school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders and support IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure cohesive delivery of services and effective student support
• Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust approaches as needed
• Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings and related conferences
