School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, MA

Step into an impactful opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational setting near Cambridge, MA. This full-time, contract position is designed for individuals passionate about making a positive difference in student communication and learning outcomes across the 2026/27 academic year.

We welcome candidates holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) and are open to considering Clinical Fellows (CFs) if onsite supervision is possible. Monolingual SLPs are encouraged to apply; specific caseload and site assignments are determined post-hire, following credentialing. You’ll benefit from a predictable schedule of 32.5 hours per week and engage across a range of grade levels, developing creative and individualized strategies to help students thrive.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligibility, with ability for onsite supervision
• Valid or in-process Massachusetts SLP license
• Current or in-process DESE certification
• Experience in an educational or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Adaptability to work with diverse student populations (K-12)

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate progress records and comply with documentation requirements
• Provide both direct and consultative services in alignment with student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
