This assignment is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are eager to make a positive impact while covering a medical leave through December. The setting is a renowned early childhood center serving Pre-K through Kindergarten, known for its supportive team, exceptional organization, and beautiful facilities.

We need coverage beginning as soon as possible, and we are flexible on hours, with preference for a part-time schedule (.5 to .8 FTE)—let us know your availability! The caseload is manageable, with approximately 15 students, so you’ll have time to make genuine connections and provide quality services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility
  • SLPs with CCC certification or Clinical Fellows both encouraged to apply
  • Experience with early childhood populations (Pre-K/Kindergarten) highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students’ growth in a nurturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for young children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to a small caseload
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support the center’s positive, child-centered atmosphere
