Step into a rewarding role supporting students across multiple grade levels as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. With the upcoming retirement of a dedicated SLP and a growing number of students needing in-person services, there are six exciting contract opportunities available. You’ll play a vital part in building communication skills for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, with placements determined by district needs—openings span elementary, middle, and high school environments.

Key qualifications and experience desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid license or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience or interest in working with K-12 students
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary education teams
  • Skilled in IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Compassion and enthusiasm for fostering student growth

Role responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct SLP services onsite to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, depending on assignment
  • Completing speech/language assessments and evaluations
  • Creating and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Working closely with administrators, teachers, and families to support student goals
  • Documenting progress according to all required guidelines
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating on educational strategies
