Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to make a meaningful impact for the 2026-2027 school year. A dedicated team is searching for six passionate SLPs to support students across all grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school—through in-person services. You'll be instrumental in filling the gap left by a retiring SLP, helping ensure every student receives the attention they deserve.

Flexibility is offered in placement, as roles are open across kindergarten through 12th grade. Schedules vary based on placement: elementary (7:30am-4pm), middle (7:45am-4pm), and high school (8:30am-4pm). Caseloads are carefully managed, with efforts to keep assignments in the 50-60 student range, ensuring you have ample time and resources to provide high-quality, individualized support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches for students across elementary, middle, and high school
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain thorough records and engage in ongoing professional development
