Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MD

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience providing school-based speech and language services is a plus
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in alignment with IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialized staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offer consultation and support within the school community, promoting speech and language development
