This role is based in-person at a welcoming school setting near Cambridge, MN. The assignment begins at the start of February and extends through June 14th, providing consistency and a clear timeline for your expertise to make the greatest impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or eligible for SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals and district requirements
- Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret findings
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and adhere to all state and district protocols
