School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold or eligible for SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals and district requirements
• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret findings
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and adhere to all state and district protocols
