Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students (ages 8-12)
  • Conduct assessments to determine communication strengths and needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
