A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide specialized services within a K-12 educational setting in Camden, SC. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy to support student communication development from kindergarten through twelfth grade during the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across various developmental stages.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as school policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly in healthcare or educational environments.
  • Eligibility or active status as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate or completed CFY.
  • Familiarity with the unique needs of school-age children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
