Qualifications & Experience

  • Active or eligible SLP license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
  • Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, including school-based services and teletherapy
  • Experience with K–8 age groups, including articulation and fluency
  • Comfort supporting students with autism and other speech needs
  • Familiarity with evaluation procedures (willing to assess 1–2 students as needed)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 12 speech-only students, with a total group of up to 15
  • Conduct 1–2 student evaluations as needed (no Medicaid billing required)
  • Implement personalized therapy focusing on articulation, fluency, and more
  • Coordinate services flexibly over 1–2 days per week, adapting to students' needs
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to maximize student success
