Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or interest in school-based practice
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to individualize treatment and documentation for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative therapy to students, adapting strategies to each child’s goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation to ensure compliance
